Pain in joints and sciatica pain
Dear Sir/ Madam I am suffering pain while standing from back hip to bottom foot may be sciatica type. Every time when I'm awaking up in the morning got pain in back hips and bottom foot area and joints area getting pain and burning sensation. Kindly suggest me type of check and treatment needs to be done and what type of proper diet to be followed. Thanks

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily

Hello, you need to check with a orthopaedic surgeon and a full neurological assessment. This might be followed by x rays and MRI of lower spine. This could be trivial but it's better to get a diagnosis made rather than things spinning out of hand later.

If the pain radiates down your leg along with pins and needles feeling it suggests that your nerve might be getting irritated at the back Try and first see what increases your discomfort down the leg forward bending or backward bending If you feel better with back ward bending do it every hour provided pain doesn't increase Spend few minutes each day in your stomach propped up on elbows
