I am suffering pain while standing from back hip to bottom foot may be sciatica type.
Every time when I'm awaking up in the morning got pain in back hips and bottom foot area and joints area getting pain and burning sensation.
Kindly suggest me type of check and treatment needs to be done and what type of proper diet to be followed.
