Pain in left heel
I have a sharp pain in my left heel...which is more when I stand up after some rest . It is more severe in  the morning immediately after waking up...How to deal with that... Standing for long time also worsen it...pain killer helps but for a short time period.

By history it seems you have plantar fascitis 1. You need wear soft sole slippers or shoes .never move without them 2. Do exercises meet your local physio and tell them to teach you plantar fascia stretching exercises
