  4. Pain in chest. For quick solution!

Pain in chest
Hi, I am having a pain in the middle of the chest. It pains at top middle, left and right side of the chest and sometimes it pains at the bottom middle of the chest. It pains during motions when I have to bend down in the Indian style toilet and also during cough. Could you please suggest a solution here. Please suggest natural home remedies or any medicine for quick solution
