Pain in chest area and back.
I have had some constant chest pain along with pain in my upper back for a couple of days now, kept me up for most of the night as I could not find a position where my it didn't hurt. I have been feeling very light headed at times. I sweat profusely no matter what I am doing, especially when I cook, eat, walk, talk, and the night sweats are unbearable! I am a 48 year old female. I take synthroid for thyroid disease which was diagnosed 21 years ago.

Your pain chest seems to be muscular but must get ECG at least to rule out Heart disease. For pain chest take Combiflam or any other Anti inflammatory drug twice a day with meal. For night sweats it may be related to your thyroid problem. So get TSH done to see if it is not too low. However better consult your family physician
