  4. Pain in butt side. Care needed?

Pain in butt side
For more than one month,  have pain in upper side of the butt(just below the hip) at one side alone whenever sitting. Applying hot fomentation helps relieve pain for some time but its occuring again while sitting. Will it take several months to settle? Taking physiotherapy treatment along with back strengthen exercise. Any additional care needed?
