Pain in body
When i get up in the morning my whole body is paining and feels like to take more sleep and pain goes mainly after bathing and i don't feel much active and fresh and body remains lethargic whole day and crackling sounds in joints and can't raise my hands up like while using mobile while lying and hands up position my elbows starts paining .is it due to my poor routine and mostly lying on bed and lack of exercise.What could be the reasons?
