Pain in back from regular one week it directly effect on heart &pls give me reason of same problem .

Its very important to know the detail of your condition to diagnose properly. Is there any tenderness in your back or not?is bowel clear irregular? Intensity of Pain changes along with posture? Back pain & chest pain start at the same time?

It may be related to gastric  issues,  consult a general physician to treat your problem with pan 40 mg half an hour before food twice daily for 15 days.
Next Steps
Just observe your pain pattern and associated problems like palpitations, profuse sweating,  radiating Pain on and off in the chest, back and in hands and cold limbs, that case you may require a cardiologist opinion.

Avoid strenuous activities,  including treadmill, jogging for two weeks, avoid spicy food which irritates your gastric mucosa, try to include 2 glasses of milk per day.  Don't worry, you will be completely alright if you can follow my plan of treatment
