Pain in back of right ear
I have pain in back of right ear to full right hand. Sometimes heaviness in middle finger of right hand from last 15 days. I use mobile in the night also

Heaviness or numbness?? Could be due to compression of nerve in neck. Probably due to prolonged abnormal posture and spondylosis. You need to adjust your posture as well few stretching exercises
