  4. Pain in arm. What needs to be done?

Pain in arm
My father in law has pain in both his upper arms due to some knots there which increases at night and it becomes difficult to sleep with the pain. Some suggested to massage with oil. It gave relief to some extent in one arm but on the left arm its still there. Please suggest what needs to be done. He has done his regular heart check up in February ans there are no issues. What needs to be done? Please help
