Dear client Assessment is necessary for this but as per you are saying You first check your ( ESR test,c reactive protein,) If there is any condition like rheumatoid arthritis Then u should start exercise to improve daily functioning . Exercise will improve your muscle strength , aerobic endurance, joint mobility, ( ROM)and stability or coordination. Contrast bath is useful in this condition But first diagnosis is very important. So that u can do physiotherapy.
