My son 12 years old had tonsils infection one week ago. He had chills also. Consulted a doctor and gave antibiotics. After three days he had acute headache starting from 7 pm in night. Also he vomitted in the morning. Went to see doctor. He told that he had acute sinusitis and gave medicines and antibiotics. Now there is no headache. He seems to have suffered from viral upper respiratory tract infection which usually will have tonsillitis, fever and acute sinusitis. There will be eustachian tube dysfunction in this condition which causes ear pain. There may be associated lymph node enlargement which causes pain on pressing.
