Nose pain  and ear fullness
For the last 2 years, I have been feeling ear fullness and pressure popping, have consulted ent 6-7 Ear are normal, ct scan pns relatively normal, nasal endoscopy normal, only a spur touching to turbinate, Audiometry, impedance audiometry impedance, normal, antibiotics and anti allergic not effective, For the last 2 months , suddenly both shoulder and biceps pain starts so consulted rhumetologists he advised ANCA PR3 , test is quite normal, but deflacort 3 mg dramatic gives response and relief from biceps and shoulder pain , ANCA dieses can happen if the test is negative

This ear issue can be due to septal spur . Try using steroid nasal sprays … ANCA is normal in your report Less likely according to my opinion However consult a rheumatologist for the same
