  4. Pain at the left side of body.

Pain at the left side of body.
From couple of days I am feeling pain at left side of body. Which inculde feet upper thigh and groin area. At arms and finger neck face and head. I am diabetic having hypertension and obesity. Some times my sugar level comes down below 100. Please suggest me why it's happening.

Can be musculoskeletal pain.... but as you have so many comorbidities this thing needs to be evaluated.
