Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough for you. Overthinking is minds way to tell you that there is some emotional stuff that needs to be released. There is some kind of worry which is causing anxiousness. The anxiousness is around not being able to make up your mind about some situation that you are feeling hurt about. We have to create a safe space for you to release the cause of the worry and the anxiousness. Once the feelings of sadnesss etc are released you will feel more empowered and settled in your inner space. You’re doing fine. Stay.

I can help you work on your overthinking pattern. Love and healing ❤️‍

Giving a one liner solution is like putting a band-aid on a wound without understanding the condition of the wound and how much harm it can cause. I would like to know more about what you're going through. Then we can work it out. Anxiety can have that kind of effect on a person. If your mind is constantly running, there seem to be no way out, you have many uncertainties, and don't know what to do, I can help you figure it out. I specialize in Anxiety, stress management, self exploration, wellbeing, and issues related to self-esteem and self confidence. I use mindfulness based CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) with the inclusion of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy), and Art modalities.

Some simple breathing exercises can make a big difference if you make them part of your regular routine. Before you get started, keep these tips in mind: Choose a place to do your breathing exercise. It could be in your bed, on your living room floor, or in a comfortable chair. Don't force it. This can make you feel more stressed. Try to do it at the same time once or twice a day. Consult a psychologist to help you overcome the nervousness and also to overcome your overthinking. Counseling sessions will help you to find answers for your questions. Meanwhile, try maintaining a daily journal and write down your thoughts so that it can reduce your overthinking a bit. Also practice some meditation to calm your mind. Hi.. Please take a pause while overthinking and look into your mind. Give attention to each thought and write it down. If you think seeking answer for the question is important, find the reasonable ways to get the answer for it. Once your mind is happy with the answers, then it won't show up questions anymore to you. When there are no questions, it is easy for your mind to relax and calm down. Take care
