I take escitalopram 15mg and Flupenthixol. 5mg for anxiety at night. I am over sleeping . 12 hours continuous . From 11 pm to 11 am. If I try to wake up, i feel tired and groggy.

0.5 mg at night for anxiety, you should reduce it to 0.25 half of the tablet at night, gradually taper it and stop it under guidance of doctor "Clonazepam/"
Remaining over weeks to months, your mood symptoms and anxiety will be relieved on escitalopram and other medications gradually tapered and not needed
Must continue a follow up visit, adjust dose thorough guidance
