I am on escitalopram 10mg in morning and escitalopram 5mg in night and propranolol 20 mg at night , now I feeling absolutely ok with these medicines.
Now I want to tapper off propranolol so I planned that I will take 15mg for 10 days and 10mg for next 10 days and 5mg for next 10 days and finally 0 , is this good idea ? Can I do this?

You can taper the medicine slowly and there is no harm in giving a trial of tapering the medicine. Since escitalopram is sufficient to control the anxiety symptoms, you should be fine with slowly tapering of propranolol.
