My weight is 105KG, Height is 6.2FT Age is 26Y, My weight is increasing daily. I eat very little and some times skip meals as well. I do waking at night, but due to work schedule i am unable to gym. Please advice me a healthy weight lose plan/diet and some weight lose tablates.
