  4. Ovarian cyst. Later affect my pregnancy?

Ovarian cyst
My right ovary is bulky with large cyst measuring 36×29 mm.Right ovary measures 4.6×4 cm and left ovary measures 2.5×2cm.Last month I missed my periods but this month had my periods.I am a18 year old girl.l weigh 75 kgs and 5 feet 3 inches in height.Is my cyst a matter of great concern?Will it later affect my pregnancy?
