I have an left ovary hammeoragic cyst of 21×21mm size and im having pain all the time and it is very severe....is it a serious problem how to treat this

if the pain is severe, visit a gynecologist. There can be other reasons for the pain. 21 mm cyst usually doesn't require any surgery. it can be a normal corpus luteum.
