I have 5.4×3.7cm simple ovarian cyst in my left ovary.i have lite pain in my lower abdomen sometimes. my question are :- 1.Is this really resolve by itself?how many percent chance is there that it resolve by self. 2.I am confused about my cyst size is this big or small. 3.After surgery can i conceive after marriage? i am 28 year old unmarried girl
