Ovarian cyst
Hello doctor.
I had undergone laparoscopy for dermoid ovarian cyst last year October.
Lately i have started experiencing pain on same side that is right side.
I got a usg done. It shows complex cyst.
I am attaching the images below.
Kindly advice further steps.
