Pregnancy or cyst
Yesterday I got lower abdomen pain along with fever, my CT Scan shows left ovary enlarged by 38x25mm, a cyst. Can it be a cyst or pregnancy, my last menstrual cycle was on Feb 10th.

You got your CT Scan on 3 or 4 March (today is 5 March). Please wait till 10 or 12 March before you diagnose pregnancy. What you have mentioned can be an ovarian cyst which will disappear after your next period.

It very rare to have ovarian pregnancy firstly and secondly with that big size you would have been the rarest case .. so relax you are nor pregnant most likely its corpus luteal cyst which has not resolved after ovulation … wait for few days you will get your period ..

Have you done a UPT? If you are trying to ask if it’s an ectopic pregnancy or cyst, get a UPT done first.
Next Steps
If UPT comes positive, connect ASAP for consultation

Dear, If your last menses was on february 10th, chances of pregnancy are very unlikely. And ovarian cyst of 3.8cm is not of much significance usually until and unless very much symptomatic, but anyway it depends on the other history point which I need from you. For detailed history and treatment options, please consult me online :)

Most probably it is a cyst as your LMP is feb 10th. Do UPT to rule out ectopic pregnancy. The size of 38*25mm cyst in ovary is not significant unless you have severe symptoms.
Next Steps
Do UPT if positive consult immediately.
