Asked for Female, 30 Years

As per Sonography report,have got polycystic ovaries...the cystic area is 14*8 mm with internal echoes in right ovary...I have below concerns about it.. 1.How big this cyst is ?? 2. how serious the problem is... ?? 3. What is the recommended treatment for this ?? Please help me understand this.

Polycystic ovaries can not be echogenic..stroma cn be echogenic. Consult directly for further management as i need to see the reports and correlate it with the symptoms before being able to advise anything.
