Polycystic changes in both ovaries
Hi, do we need a treatment for polycystic changes in both ovaries. Hormone levels (i.e, FSH, LH and AMH ) are fine, it's within the range. Thyroid level is fine. period is on-time. Please Guide us we are planning to conceive. I appreciate your feedback. Thanks!

Its not PCOS. Its PCOM, PCO morphology. Without any menstrual irregularities and other symptoms.  Not considered U can try for natural conception for 6 more months

Your periods are regular that’s good . But as age is 30 and usg shows changes of pcos u may need ovulation induction With or without iui . Please connect for further management
