Hello Doctor... I have an ovarian cyst of size 4.9 cm at Left ovary. I have attached my scan report. Please go through and  kindly suggest ... 1. Do I need to take a surgery ? 2. Can it be curied by medication? 3. Does it heal by itself by following some Life style changes ? Awaiting for your reply... Thank you !!!

Most of the ovarian cysts do not need surgery. Whether you need treatment depends on the type of the cyst (simple/ complex/ chocolate cyst) and symptoms (pain, infertility) and also other parameters like blood test results and age.
