Oral hyperkeratosis/rough skin
So as per my doctors provisional diagnosis, i am suffering from oral lichen planus, it has pigmentation but there's no itching burning or any other symptoms apart from dryness of mouth when those areas get rubbed with teeth and also all the areas which are affected have become hyperkeratated. It feels like rough/granular skin there. I have few questions: 1. How to make those area smooth again? Will applying topical corticosteroids will help?(Didnt help me much previously). 2. Will laser treatment help in getting the smooth skin back? 3. Is this cancerous/ precancerous? 4. This got triggered due to covaxin only, even 3-4 doctors confirmed me this, because prior to that it wasn't there at all. So, after 2-3 months will it go into remission once the covaxin reaction reduces? 5. How much risk of cancer it carries? Do i need to worry about that? I don't smoke or eat tobacco. I am M24. Please help me.
