Been having an on and off fever for 5 days after having a sore throat, i only drink one antibiotic the sore throat were out but the fever keeps coming back

Hi please complete the antibiotic course...you should not stop  it in between...start having tab pcm 650mg when temp is more than 100..if it is associated with chills and rigors get a malaria antigen test done...if rash is present get a platelet count done
