Old knee injury having problems with pai

I had a right knee injury i surfered at work over 2 years ago nw which i torn my tissues ligaments cargiage and mucles and joints . At the moment my right knee been giving me problems around courple months nw and my knee keeps swalling up burning sitcation very painful red and sharp peas and needles going from knee to foot and keep losing balance
