OCD/Anxiety/Hypertension
I think I am at a beginner stage of OCD. I use to wash my hands, foot properly and waste more water than required, check the locks repeatedly before leaving my office/home. I feel nervous on public speaking & fumble because of a fear that I may use wrong words which the people present before me can't understand or my voice may not be audible and during interview or public speaking I can feel heat on my ears & start sweating, but this happens only before unknown people or at any event where I feel it would affect my future or the particular event has a key role to play for my career. I behave normally to known people & don't get any difficulty to share/speak anything.I react weirdly to loud noise, continuously think about one topic or multiple topics at a time till I get any solution. I like to arrange my belongings the way I want and react very weirdly to others who disturb the way I keep them.Do I need any psychiatrist or it's normal way of behaviour?
