Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
I understand your situation. However it is unclear whether you have already been diagnosed by a psychiatrist to be suffering from ocd, or its what you feel based on your symptoms. However ocd is easily manageable with appropriate treatment. Some therapy sessions along with medical help also might be useful for you. My clinic is at OMR chennai. I speak tamil as well. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for online assistance. Discussions will be held confidential. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is also available.
Detail history is not available so difficult to give advise. If you are on medicine consult your treating doctor for dose adjustment or addition of new medicine. If you are not on medicine consult psychiatrist in your area. Medicine will definitely help to control your symptoms
