I have repetitive thoughts on death and causes of death. I have been on Amisulpride 200 mg, Clomipramine 50 mg, Clozapine 25 mg and Fluvoxamine 25 mg from past 2 years. I had severe depression due to failure in my engineering exams in 2013

There might had been few other symptoms which you have not mentioned. While clomipramine and Fluvoxamine are antiobsessive and antidepressants, amisulpiride and clozapine are antipsychotics. Clozapine is usually not effective at dose of 25 mg, but some of the side effects are not dose related. Hence, it may be better to discuss about the need to continue it with your treating Psychiatrist.
