Please consult any psychologist/therapist with the reports and prescriptions. The root cause needs to be identified. According to that management will be planned. Also, mention the physical symptoms and try to notice the triggering incident(if any). Discuss it with the therapist also.

I can only imagine how difficult your situation must be, but you will have to continue following up with a psychiatrist along with all your previous treatment records and reports. If these medications haven't been effective for you, there are always other medicines that can be tried. Sometimes, certain medications don't cause much of an improvement in some people, but unfortunately there is no way of knowing this beforehand. You'll have to keep following up and reporting to your doctor so that they have a chance to optimise/change your medications. Psychological interventions are also extremely important in conditions such as yours.

Hey Firstly thanks for reaching out I'm anxiety doubts keep reoccurring so a constant support is necessary You’re experiencing health anxiety (cardiophobia) — a common anxiety pattern where normal sensations feel life-threatening. Your medicines are all anti-anxiety/SSRI drugs, but medication alone isn’t enough. Continue CBT focusing on exposure and thought-restructuring, add breathing and grounding exercises, regular physical activity, and avoid repeated body or heart checks. Don’t stop medicines suddenly talk to your psychiatrist about a single SSRI and gradual stabilization plan. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

I feel there is a need for you to understand the nature of your condition and a need to optimize your treatment. Both things can be done through a video consultation.

Sorry to hear that, health anxiety can be very distressing. Sometimes it can take longer to have improvement. Please continue medications and therapy as suggested by treating doctor. JPMR exercises and relaxation/ breathing exercises are also helpful.
