Nutrition for elderly parent
My father is approx 70 yrs old. 2 yrs back he had Typhoid, Chikugunya and Dengue at the same time. After treatment he became very weak, and was unable to walk on his own. Over time he's regained some strength and is now able to walk. He’s also had persistent cough over the last 2 yrs, even during summer. We are consulting with a Neurologist for potential symptoms of Parkinsons. We need your advice to make him regain his strength. There are some food items with which he complains of gout. Since we live in a village some simple solutions with commonly available food items will help.
