It can be due to hypersensitivity of the nerves and muscles which can lead to tingling and numbness in legs or any other body parts.
The cause can be anxiety disorder itself or side effects of the medicine prescribed.
It needs to be addressed in a holistic approach for complete recovery.
It can be well treated with homeopathic medicine effectively but you need an expert Homeopathic physician.

Hi,
It is important to follow up with your doctor regarding your symptoms of foot numbness, needle sensations, and pain in your left leg. These symptoms could be related to a variety of issues, including nerve compression, circulation problems, or even side effects of stopping the medication suddenly. It is also possible that these symptoms are unrelated to your anxiety disorder and may require further investigation.
In the meantime, continue to monitor your symptoms and keep track of any patterns or triggers that may be exacerbating them. Make sure to communicate any changes or worsening of symptoms to your doctor. It is important to rule out any underlying medical conditions that may be contributing to your symptoms.
Regarding the itching and cramps in your stomach after stopping the medication, these could also be related to withdrawal effects from stopping the medication suddenly. It is important to discuss these symptoms with your doctor as well, as they may require further evaluation or management.
In addition to following up with your doctor, consider incorporating relaxation techniques, exercise, and stress management techniques into your daily routine to help manage your anxiety and any related symptoms. Remember to prioritize self-care and seek support if needed.

Hi!
Foot numbing or pins and needles sensation could be because of Vitamin A deficiency. Please consult an orthopedic doctor to get an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan for the same. Regarding the stomach cramping, it could be because of increased anxiety, but would advise you to talk to a gastroenterologist to rule out any physical health concerns. Take care!
Next Steps
Consult an orthopedist & gastroenterologist. Continue working with a psychologist to manage anxiety
