Not feeling well

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have not been feeling well for the last 5 days. Having mild fever, that not continuously but with little hot body temperature. Body pain especially legs. Initially thought it's viral, but it's been 5 days now, haven't got rid of it. Took medicines like citrizin, calpol, montek-c & sinarest but all of no use. Had blood test (CBC) last day but it was normal. Now having cough since this morning. Also having Weakness. Pls. Advise.
