She is 14 momths old , she is not having solid foods. She always prefer spoon only instead of hand. No texture food ... now even smash also not having food... what to do ... and not having cow milk also .she want breastfeeding only

It's only habit of the child that going from long time . To make any change it will also take the time so you are to make a habits day by day. Medicine will not help anyway you are to keep patience and change it gradually there is no need to worry about  weight is normal and child taking the other food
