In addition to the thoughts and sleep disturbance are you having any issues with mood, irritability, appetite, concentration, motivation, self esteem , pessimism , anxiety ? Is there anything that is stressing you out at school/ college or at home ? Please visit a counsellor/ therapist who can help you with techniques such as mindfulness, relaxation, distraction techniques etc. Regular exercise and meditation will also help.
