I am obese since childhood , for the past two years I have taken things seriously and tried all diets and jogging but not much results except becoming weak.
For past 6 months I am hitting the gym 5 days a week , with proper diet - low carb .. still the not much difference .. I doubt if there could be harmonal imbalance .. can I get Suggestions
