Hi,
You seem to be having tonsillitis as per your symptoms. You should consider doing warm saline gargles and take paracetamol tablets for fever.
Don't take more than 3 grams of paracetamol per day.
You can take Azithromycin if you have started it. Ideally a simpler antibiotic will be enough but since you have started it, finish the course
