Should a 37 day old baby be considered 5 weeks old or 6 weeks old? Should the age be calculated based on completed weeks...or ongoing week?

If baby is born at term, means completing 9 months in womb then we consider age of baby at 37 days as 5 weeks and 2 days. So age should be calculated after completed weeks.
