2 and half years old baby health issue
From some days my baby is not feeling well. She is doing yellowish colour loose motion one or two times in a day. She is not active , not eating only depends on breastfeeding. Could you please suggest me how to make care of her.

Hello there, let me know your baby's age and month. If your child is not feeding well , is dull and decreased urine output. You should rather consult online or visit your nearest hospital.

Can you please specify the age of the baby . And if baby is not active and lethargic you should get the baby examined by a pediatrician as it could be something serious. We would need to rule out dehydration , sepsis , gastroenteritis, fever  which would require examination
