I have confused with correct reply. Busy 8.OO to 3.00 pm. Can't follow diet.not available anything else. But used full nutrition food. But my weight 57 kg. I want increase 10 kg. Every 2 hours necessary to eat not possible for me. Some have proper response.?

For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take higho calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Take 3 main meal and 2-3snacks per day. Add plenty of water.

Hello, A healthy balanced diet will help. Increasing amount of protein in diet Increase fruits and vegetables intake Drink at least 3L water. But not just before the meal Eating after every 3 hrs is necessary Start by adding an extra meal to your day, Increasing the amount of food intake a bit (Eg. 1& 1/2 roti instead of 1) Check for any medical condition before making changes in your diet

Hi For weight gain you need to follow a high protein, high calorie diet. It's a combination 70% diet 30% activity for weight loss or weight gain.If you gaining weight that doesn't mean you will sit and follow the diet, you need to do few lazy walks. I can't plan you diet here without knowing your Time Schedule, Diet Schedule and medical history. U can follow the following tips which may help u to some extent > Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns > Eat Plenty of Protein > Fill up on Plenty of Carbs and Fat and Eat at Least 3 Times per Day > Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. > Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. > Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories >Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you're trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. > Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth. DISCLAIMER : If u have any other medical issue then tips will change in that case. Always remember gain weight in a healthy manner not at cost of your health. So learn under the expert.Don't go for supplements at early stage as that may have harmful effects on your body. I believe and learned from my experience anybody can gain weight in a healthy manner through healthy diet.
