Need suggestions. Any solution for this?

My mother has Bronchitis issue and she is taking medicine for that. She has type 2 diabetes of initial stage and also having itching problem in whole body. She is always taking gastric medicine, one tablet for not having itching, 1 diabetic tablet and 2 tablet for bronchitis. She is having loose motion problem too. Now she took pomegranate fruit as she has low haemoglobin and next day she had cold, dry cough. She is taking some medicine for this. But as she has bronchitis, once she is caught by cold, she felt like chocked and she has no control on pee( stress incontinence) . Because of this she feel uncomfortable. What should we do ?? Should we admit her in hospital as she is having many problems ? How to control on stress incontinence after menopause?? She does exercise sometimes. But when she caught by cold and cough , she can't control this . Any solution for this ?
