The report is he is suffering from cervical disc disease , but ur complaint is knee joint pain , both are different lanes , for cervical disc disease he needs physiotheraphy and some medications, if he s suffering from any weakness mri should be done, for osteoarthritis we need to evaluate him with xray and physical examination we can supplement with analgesics joint protective medications and physiotheraphy if not subsides we will go with intraarticular steroid injection

It is report of neck region. Pain in knee is due to Osteoarthritis ie wear and tear( due to aging) similar to neck changes due to wear and tear
Next Steps
Get checked for neurological symptoms associated with neck spine changes and x rays of knee
Health Tips
If the nerves are working fine then consider Knee x ray and plan accordingly
