Need suggestion on blood test report

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hi, My brother in law have done CBC and ESR blood test as he was feeling week and having little sore throat. Last year he was corona positive and taken proper treatment and recovered. Kindly review the report attached and advise. Thank you in advance. I such time he is unable to go to doctor. He stays in Kora Rajasthan.
