My asgwaganda powder was manufactured on may 2013... nd expiry is after 2 yrs... can i take at oresent date??.. have ayurvedic medicines have expiry??

Hi.Yes Ayurveda medicines do have an expiry date.They lose potency or effectiveness.For chooran expiry date is generally after 1 year.So your powder will not be potent or will not show desired effects.Better to use from fresh stock.Aasav, arishta, bhasma and honey can be used older.Older the better.
