Hi I have 25 days old baby. I stopped breastfeeding as milk supply was very low and now baby is on formula milk.i want to restart breastfeeding. Please help me doc

Hell ma'am Take balanced diet and adequate intake of water and fluids which ensures one has adequate supply of breastmilk. To Increase breast milk supply  you can have Fennel and methi seeds laddoo शतावरी, whole grains, jeera, moringa and green leafy vegetables, take milk and milk products,  gum (गोंद),  coconut. Avoid caffeine, processed foods. Relax, enjoy feeding your baby.

Milk production  increases gradually  as you breasteed the baby. But here consult to your gynac first otr you can have  help of lactation consultant as well. Eat well balanced diet. In addition  , some foods that help increase breast milk are methi seeds, gum,  saunf, bajara etc.

Gud morning, pls consult your gynaec first about it. U should have a proper healthy balanced diet for increasing breast milk, add on fenugreek seeds, to increase milk supply.
