Need help fever to my daughter
My daughter is getting fever at 3 30 am to 4am daily.. even after giving doctor prescribed tonic.. daily the same issue.. morning time she ll be fine getting fever only above said timings.. please help us to get the fever reduced.. have also attached the tonic pic which am giving to my daughter now.. please suggest any best medicine..
