With TSH ~9, symptoms are due to hypothyroidism. After increasing levothyroxine to 100 mcg, you may start feeling improvement in 2–3 weeks, but full symptom relief takes 6–8 weeks. To improve energy & reduce fatigue: • Take thyroid tablet daily on empty stomach, same time each morning • Avoid tea/coffee, calcium, iron for 4 hours after tablet • Sleep well, light daily exercise (walking/yoga) • Eat adequate protein; check iron, B12, vitamin D if fatigue persists
Next Steps
• Repeat TSH after 6–8 weeks • Follow up with your doctor for dose adjustment if needed
Health Tips
Do not change dose on your own. Sudden dose changes can worsen symptoms.

Follow lifestyle modifications for 2 weeks. If symptoms persist, get basic tests done: CBC, iron profile, vitamin B12, vitamin D, and thyroid function tests.Consult a physician for further evaluation.
Next Steps
Include adequate protein (pulses, eggs, milk/curd).Ensure iron and vitamin B12 intake (green vegetables, fruits). Reduce junk food and excess sugar.
