  4. Neck, upper back, arm elbow pain. Yet!

Neck, upper back, arm elbow pain
Pain in the left side of the upper back , between neck and shoulder, arm and elbow. No numbness. X ray shows some gap beteeen c5 c6. Tried IFT , NSAID tabs for a week. Not much relief yet
